Who is the Twin City Track Club?
Twin City Track Club, Inc. (TCTC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting running and fitness in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area since 1977. We are Winston-Salem's oldest running club and one of the largest clubs in the Southeast. Our members are a cross-section of the community, representing runners and walkers of all abilities. We have group activities to promote the social aspects of running, and bring in nationally known speakers to educate and inspire, and we assist other organizations with their organized running events.
We are a proud member of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and United States Track and Field (USATF).

Announcements
Winston-Salem has again been named a RRCA Runner Friendly Community! Participate in the recognition of this honor on November 9 at 11:45am on the Long Branch Trail near Fogle Street (around the Third Street bridge area) as TCTC representatives present the plaque to Mayor Allen Joines. In the event of inclement weather, the alternative location will on the Long Branch Trail behind 525 Vine Street at the covered section.
Congratulations to the Cook Medical Beat the Heat 5K and race director, Er Ralston, as it has been selected as a 2027 RRCA Southern Regional Championship race! It was noted that this past summer's event, with it's runner-centric focus and sustainability efforts, particularly met the standards and criteria set forth by the RRCA for this prestigious honor!
It's not too late to cast your vote for the Twin City Track Club as the Piedmont Environmental Alliance's Green Business of the Year! Even though the club is a non-profit, our sustanability efforts at this year's Cook Medical Beat the Heat 5K, were significant enough to include the club in the "running" (pun intended). Looking for a group to run with? We've got you covered! Options vary in distance, pace and intensity to support the many goals and experience levels within our running community. Everyone is welcome - Twin City Track Club membership is not required to participate in group runs. Find your tribe!
