Services

The Twin City Track Club provides low cost services which are an effective resource for local charities who use road races for fund raising and as a vehicle to raise their visibility. TCTC provides the logistical and management support to make these events possible. Events managed by the club have raised over $100,000 for Diabetes research, $70,000 for Hospice, and $10,000 for the Cancer Society. Local schools and the YMCA also use our services for their events. Club members volunteer their time, helping both the club and the sponsoring organization.

Race Directorship

For groups without experience in managing a road race, TCTC offers the use of experienced road race directors. A full race directorship includes the use of TCTC personnel for race planning and finish line services.

Race Finish Line

For groups with experience in managing a road race, TCTC offers the use of experienced finish line personnel. A race finish line includes all equipment and personnel needed manage the race finish line and prepare results

Equipment Rentals

For groups with experience in managing a road race and performing finish line duties, TCTC offers rental of specialized race equipment. We have a two digital finish line clocks, Chronomix and TimeMachine timers, stop watches, chutes, and tents available for rent.

Flyer Inserts & Advertising

Inserting a brochure or advertising in the TCTC Flyer is an economical way to reach the entire TCTC membership. 

Mailing List Services

Our consolidated database allows targeted mailing to over 18,000 runners that have participated in area events. We can provide either labels or single use electronic lists.

On-Line Advertising

Logo positioning, calendar listings, and inclusion in out email distribution is available as cost effective rates.
